RSA Render Systems Australia Products
Render Systems Australia, commonly shortened to RSA, separates its range into renders, textures, protective coatings and preparation materials. Its catalogue contains products for different wall constructions, so an RSA specification should identify the grade and complete coating sequence.
Product ranges and their roles
Masonry render grades
MR75, MR120 and MR Coarse appear as separate grades in the technical library. Confirm the exact render and the preparation, working time and build required for the wall.
AAC and lightweight substrate renders
AAC Supa Flex is a fibre-reinforced, high-polymer render for AAC blocks and panels. EP Render is a different product selection for specified EPS/AAC applications; panel joints and reinforcement remain part of the wall system.
Acrylic render and textures
Flexirender is an acrylic, sand-enhanced base or finish material. Polysand 800, Polysand Fine, Sanvito TextureIt and Trowel On 2mm are texture choices. Flexible Mineral Texture is a bagged mineral finish, not another name for full acrylic render.
Preparation and protection
Set & Prep, Multiprime, Render Bond and Patch grades serve preparation roles. Rapid Shield Matt belongs to the protective-coating range and should be assessed as part of the final finish specification.
Choosing a system for your wall
An AAC panel job and an existing masonry renovation can need different base products even when the finished texture looks similar. Agree the substrate first, then the texture, colour and protective coating. Colour restrictions can apply to EPS assemblies and must come from the current RSA system specification.

Discuss your project with Render and Finish
Include the panel or block manufacturer if known, photographs of joints and any existing coatings, the approximate area and your preferred finish. If drawings already nominate RSA, send the full coating schedule rather than only the brand name.
We welcome rendering enquiries across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, the Central Coast and Hunter Valley. Product selection and availability are confirmed for the assessed project.
